This page is an attempt at making my work available, albeit in a different form, to as many as possible. The pamphlets are in long form but the book is in the same format in which it was printed. Obviously the real book and pamphlets would be more convenient but if one does not use credit cards or if they don’t have money they would not have the opportunity to partake of the material.
